Average Delivery Time
Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:

Once an order is placed, we take 1 - 3 working days to process the order. During the week it takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or at the weekend it may take a little longer.

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched and delivery takes an average of 8 - 12 working days.

Placing an Order
The ordering process at Mark&zoe is as simple as possible:

Go to the product page and add the product you want to your shopping cart by clicking the black “Add to cart” button.

Check that you have selected the correct variants.

Click on the “Proceed to checkout” box.

On the Information page, enter your correct address details.

When filled in correctly, click on “Continue to shipping.”

On the Dispatch page, confirm your details. All shipments are sent completely free of charge.

Click on “Proceed to payment.”
